NATEMingledorff’s Technical Support Team promotes customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely support services. The team holds multiple equipment certifications from various manufacturers.  Each service manager is NATE certified and a NATE proctor as well as an ESCO EPA proctor.

On an annual basis, this team provides over 65,000 hours of instruction to contractors in the Southeast U.S.  The team has been recognized repeatedly by NATE and various manufacturers as the top training organization in North America.

Our Technical Support Team also supports the dealers/contractors and customers who purchase products that Mingledorff’s represents through our Sales group. Our service team works hard to retain current customers and obtain new accounts by providing:

  • consistent and accurate technical information
  • timely technical support
  • effective support and involvement with your distributorship’s training and warranty responsibilities
  • technical assistance to installers & service personnel at job sites
  • facilitating resolution of customer issues
