Mike has been in the HVAC business since 1997, working in the retail side in various capacities with two HVAC dealers in Georgia and Alabama before beginning with Mingledorff’s in 2001. 

Mike has served as a Territory Manager and Inventory Control Analyst at Mingledorff’s before moving into his current role as Business Consultant in Mingledorff’s Business Development Group.

Mike’s experience in the HVAC business, along with his BA Accounting degree from the University of West Florida grants him the perfect blend of education and experience that will allows him to come alongside dealers of any size and assist them as they put successful business practices into place.
