Effective January 1, 2024
Purpose: The purpose of this Shipping Policy for Multifamily Orders is to ensure the pick-up of orders and changes to orders are made in a timely manner by customers.
Shipping and Storage: Orders for Multifamily equipment, products and material (“Orders”) will be processed by Mingledorff’s, Inc. (“Mingledorff’s”) to meet the mutually agreed upon delivery dates. Once an Order is received at Mingledorff’s warehouse, Mingledorff’s will notify customer the Order is ready for pick up. Mingledorff’s will hold all Orders at its location up to 60 calendar days from date received at the warehouse. Customer should contact the Mingledorff’s location directly to coordinate a date and time for the Order to be picked-up.
If the Order is not picked up by Customer within 60 calendar days, then Mingledorff’s, at its sole option, will:
(i) Bill the Customer for the Order and ship the Order to Customer or its designated storage facility/yard at Customers sole cost and expense either; AND/OR
(ii) Release any stocked equipment back into its inventory, charging the Customer restocking fees and administrative service charges.
If Customer fails to provide a ship to location pursuant to option (i) above, Customer shall be charged a daily storage fee and shall bear all risk of loss, theft and damage (regardless of the cause) to the Order while stored at Mingledorff’s warehouse.
Order Changes: Any changes to an Order must be made in writing within sixty (60) calendar days from the Order’s scheduled ship date. Cancellations and delivery date changes may be subject to cancellation fees or delay shipping charges pursuant the manufacturers’ cancellation and shipping policies.
