We have a history of employing those who have served and are serving our country because we believe that the qualities they bring to the workforce are vital. Mingledorff’s is dedicated to continuing to support our men and women in the Armed Forces.
Our founder, Walter Mingledorff Jr, built minesweepers for the US Navy during WWII. Bud Mingledorff, former President and son to our founder, served in the US Army. Many of the managers and leaders in our company are also veterans. Serving in our country’s Armed Forces has prepared them with many skillsets including: leadership, teamwork, adaptability, a resounding work ethic and integrity. These skillsets have allowed them to grow as individuals, rise through the ranks and help Mingledorff’s to be as successful as we are today.

To say thank you to those who are currently serving our country we write letters and send care packages on Veterans day.
